Position: Sales Consultant – Settlin

What We’re Looking For:

  • Any graduate or post-graduate with 2-4 years of experience in sales, pre-sales, customer support, or counseling.
  • Analytical mindset with negotiation skills that could seal the deal.
  • Excellent communication in English and quick adaptability.
  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Real estate sales experience? Even better!

Your Role:

  • Show home-buyers around properties, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Follow-up, clear doubts, suggest alternatives—make the clients feel taken care of.
  • Support negotiations and keep deals running smoothly.
  • Drive revenue and get deals closed!
  • Build solid relationships with the builder’s team for seamless transactions.
  • Work closely with our tele-consultants to hit those targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
  • Schedule client revisits and new visits to keep things moving.
  • Cold-call like a pro to expand our customer base.
  • Share insights with your manager on client meetings and sales progress.

Pay Package:
Fixed CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹5 LPA
Incentives: Get ₹5k for every closed deal! Close 4 in a month? That’s ₹20K in your pocket.


Growth Opportunities: Perform well, and you’ll be fast-tracked to a Team Lead position within 8-12 months. No long appraisal cycles here—your success defines your growth.

What Else You Should Know:

  • Weekends are game time! Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
  • 2-month probation with 1 paid leave (apart from your weekly day off).
  • Work 6 days a week; your week-off will be either Tuesday or Wednesday.
  • Office hours: 10 AM to 6 PM.
